With over 15 years providing services for multinational corporations, I have become a leader in the field of Business Operations and Applied Technology. I have perfected an operational approach called PPS (People, Process, Systems) that has been key to the rapid and successful implementation of numerous technology and operations projects.

I developed key operational infrastructure needed to start a new division of World Fuel Services and now manage its daily operations, generating revenue of up to $1M per day. I recently participated in the implementation of a new business model for fuel inventory that added 10% of additional revenue in only four months.

I hold an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Florida International University. I started my career as a Unisys consultant, managing technology development for the U.S. Coast Guard. I was then hired as a Technology Advisor for Federal Express, where I lead the development of numerous technology, operational and logistics initiatives. I also managed technology projects for a telecommunication firm and led a $12M joint venture to assemble and distribute electronic gaming machines in Latin America.

Canadian by birth and international by exposure, I have lived in 8 countries (five were long term posts). In over 10 years abroad I have been active in international logistics, supply chain and relocation across Europe, Central Asia and China. With some work experience under my belt I decided to return to Canada where I have recently completed my International MBA. The IMBA involved an internship in Logistics and Supply Chain in Luxembourg with a leading company plus a four month academic exchange term in India. Based in Bangalore, I did a part time project on the feasibility and barriers of road transport of goods for multi-national companies in India. I used the MBA as a platform to learn as much as possible across several fields and did not specialize in any particular topic. However, I recently completed my CSCP and I am about to begin my CPIM certification. Aiming to constantly learn, develop and push barriers in the field of supply chain I look forward to sharing my international experiences in the industry – developing and presenting ideas. I am currently based in Toronto, Canada and enjoy many things outside of supply chain such as biking, running, skiing, music, food and travel.
